Started a few decades ago, Suyog Auto Cast Pvt. Ltd. Is a name to reckon with in Pressure Die Casting and Gravity Casting as well as Machining Components for Automobile and Engineering sector. Now part of Shree Ganesh Group, this company has VMC™s and Die casting facilities. TS 16949/2002 certified company following TPM activities; Suyog has shown a tremendous growth in the domestic as well as international market.

With efficient work force of 60 to 150 including professionally qualified managers to head different functions, it caters to quality conscious companies requiring precision machined components.

Suyog has marked Aluminum Pressure Die-casting as its specialty. In this super specialty-engineering zone with only a few players, Suyog leads the pack by the virtue of its quality process, efficiency, versatility & flexibility.

With 11 years of experience in High Pressure Die Casting, Suyog has developed in-house expertise in this field. We have not only developed systems for handling multiple alloys, but have mastered the art of large scale production. We produce over 15,000 die casting components per day from our machines ranging from 60T to 350T locking force capacity. The HPDC machines are fully automatic with specific time PLC controls to ensure uniform quality.

Customer™s quality requirements are continuously increasing. Pressure-Die castings  free form pores is the order of the day. Suyog has experience and expertise in such castings.

  In-House Tool Room Facility

Equipped with latest CNC machineries, our die-making capabilities is one of the best in the country for automotives Industry. Innovative design, best machineries and craftsmen ship work in harmony to achieve perfection in tool making. We design and develop 75 – 100 multi cavity tools annually. Our in-house tool room helps us to serve our customers with quick delivery.
